A deposit of
50% is required within one week from the date reservation is placed,
final payment due two weeks prior to arrival date
- All rentals
are subject to 13% tax (7% sales
tax and 6% hotel/motel
tax)
- A $55
housekeeping fee will be charged in addition to the rental amount. The
housekeeping fee covers the cost of the departure cleaning and linens
provided and is non refundable. If property is left in a condition that
requires extensive cleaning, the additional charges are the guests
responsibility and will be billed accordingly.
- Smoking
is not allowed inside the cottage, only on outside porch or patio,
guests shall use ashtrays provided, dispose of butts and shall not throw
cigarette butts in yard
- 2 people
maximum to occupy cottage and 2 cars and one boat on trailer can fit in
drive/yard
- No
pets allowed on premises
- No house
parties. (see rental agreement for details)
- Personal
checks gladly accepted up to two weeks before check-in; after that time,
cash, money orders, and traveler's checks only please.
- Cancellations must be made at least one 30 days
prior to check-in to receive a refund of the deposit, less $75
cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7-29 days prior to you arrival will
be subject to one night's rental rate for each week reserved, plus $75
cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days of your
arrival date the entire rental amount, including applicable tax is forfeit. We
will work with guests to reschedule vacation for a later time during the
same calendar year at no penalty.
- Keys will
picked up at the Tybee Vacation Rentals office, directions
will be set for after-hours key pick up
- Check in
time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. During peak season,
we strictly adhere to these published times.
- Please leave
the cottage as it was found and relatively tidy. Check out procedure are
posted inside the property and should be followed to assure no
additional housekeeping charges are assessed to guest after departure.
- Any damage
to the cottage or its furnishings or missing items will be documented
and billed to the guest.
- We typically
do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, but can make exceptions for
honeymoon couples over the age of 21.
- If it is
found that the property is being misused, (i.e exceeding occupancy
limit, having a pet on premises, etc) we reserve the right to expel the
guests with no refund.
